GREEN STAY INITIATIVE: YOUR END-TO-END SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTION FOR YOUR LODGING AND MEETINGS PROGRAM

Green Stay is HRS’ proprietary solution to collect and normalize property-level sustainability data of hotels. Launched in 2021, it has achieved 85% coverage of relevant hotels globally for procurement and booking. With this data at hand, corporates can set clear sustainability goals and achieve tangible results from procurement to booking. Here’s how we do it:

HRS takes a holistic approach to sustainability, enabling our customers to set a sustainable procurement strategy for RFPs and emissions reduction targets aligned with Science Based Targets (SBTi), which are reflected into travel policies and Recommendation Engines into booking channels to nudge travelers towards Green Stay hotels. This powerful combination of clear requirements for the procurement exercise and steering of travelers to book efficient hotels result in tangible CO2e reductions.
