Staff were unhelpful in checking out, telling an inconsistent story about the fees that had to be paid, and were uncooperative in resolving the issue. The receptionist tried to tell us it was 'impossible' to see the manager, until we insisted and the manager was somehow found.

We wasted 90 minutes of our work day in checking out, and were not even offered a coffee while we were kept waiting.

I suggest this hotel is removed from the list of Airbus-approved hotels.
