Check inn - Wartezeit 30 Min viel zu lang , zu wenig MA an der Rezeption inakzeptabel für ein 4 Sterne Haus. Zimmer wurde nicht wie angekündigt am 3. Tag gereinigt , sondern erst nach checkout am 5.Tag, inakzeptabel für ein 4 Sterne Haus

Die Matratzen der Betten waren total durchgelegen, man fühlte sich wie in einer Hängematte. Das Bad war schlecht beheizt und es gab keine Möglichkeit dies zu regulieren. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war subjektiv zu kalt und der ganze Raum zu wenig beheizt. Die meisten Gäste hatten sich auf der Liege mit dem Bademantel zugedeckt.
