Lady at reception was extremely rude and uncooperative, it looked like she is forced to do work, unfit for service industry, there was no bath gel for etirety of my stay, I had to bathe using just water, insufficient lighting in the room, air-con was extremely noisy and couldnot be used at all. I would never stay again in this hotel and wouldn't recommend any one either
