The check-in and check-out procedure took way too long, with long waiting lines and lengthy interaction once at the counter. Comparing to other hotels (also in Frankfurt), there seems to something in the process that is inefficient. Also it would be good to flexibly bring staff to the front desk when there are long lines. My frustration with the process was shared by many others.

You can find further balance in our gym, which invites you for a daily workout 24 hours a day. Also you can rent bikes at the front desk. For all those who are looking for a more cozy end: You will certainly find it in one of our two saunas. Another highlight of our new hotel is our restaurant with open show kitchen. We put a lot of emphasis on healthy contemporary cuisine with seasonal and regional influences.
