Ich habe Spätabends das Hotel buchen wollen für einen Aufenthalt im Mai, bei der Buchung wurde versehentlich das falsche Datum angeklickt und für den gleichen Abend gebucht. Trotz der Bitte um Korrektur und Buchung des richtigen Termins wurde die erste Buchung als "No Show" komplett in Rechnung gestellt. Dies mag laut AGB vielleicht korrekt sein, hinterlässt aber einen faden Beigeschmack und wenig Lust auf weitere Buchungen hier. Schade, das hätte man kundenfreundlicher lösen können!
