Modriger Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, der sich im gesamten Zimmer über die ganze Zeit (3 Tage) hielt. Heizung im Zimmer und Bad nicht ausreichend bei leichten Minusgraden. Bei den Gängen war der Teppichboden herausgerissen: Jeder Rolly der anderen Gäste die spät Nachts ankamen machte einen starken Lärm.
