Location. Good shower.

Had to shout for receptionist to appear (unless I missed a bell). Room is small and dark, seems outdated. Sound insulation from the hallway bad/nonexistent. Cheap spongy mattress. The room was cold without possibility to heat up (tried AC control, but didn't do anything). Breakfast fine, but scrambled eggs too dry and got cold. Espresso substandard. No safe in the room for valuables. No kettle to make oneself tea after a long day.
