Careless attitude of hotel staff towards my complaint on washing machine and dryer not working fine in spite of payment of 6 euros. The staff said that the washing machine & dryer are not part of hotel responsibility and I should write an email to washing machine suppler asking for reimbursement. This was a very bad attitude by the staff.

Kitchen is too small.

The room was decent. The breakfast was good.

There were bed bugs, and then they had to change the room. Even then I couldn't sleep till I checked out because of this.
The door to the bathroom was not moving and was always open.

Room was comfortable but within this price you get a T2 size Appart hotel as well. Breakfast was okay (though not varied options) but taste was okay.

Kitchen size is way too small. Plus there is no daily room cleaning service. I stayed for a week, there was no cleaning service. Upon request we got to know that cleaning is only done on the 8th day of stay. Towel replacement cost was mentioned 20euros.
