The staff were excellent and compensated for the standard of the building.

The air conditioning in room 241 was barely able to compensate for the high temperatures throughout the day.

The rooms could need a facelift - curtains were broken, one lamp was hardly fixed to the wall anymore, the chair was also not well anymore and will brake, soon... But overall OK for just sleeping.
