Hotel Description

Carlotta Apartments offer modern, quiet and well-equipped accommodation for extended stays in Berlin. They are in the centrally located Pestalozzistraße in Charlottenburg. The generously designed residential units range in size from 32 to 246 square metres and are flooded with light thanks to their large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Some of the apartments have large loggias that offer a marvelous view of the quiet green inner courtyard. The apartments were designed and furnished by the award-winning Berlin office of Grüntuch-Ernst Architekten. The LOTTA day bar is located on the ground floor of the building.

Special features of the hotel

Reduced design with high-quality materials and furniture characterize the interior, including beds from Cocomat, furniture from Ethnicraft and lighting installations from Bocci. Large glass façades in all apartments provide plenty of daylight and nice views. Triangular loggias are located in front of the apartments on the south side. With generous sliding doors, the living space extends without thresholds into the outdoor space of the green inner courtyard - an oasis amidst the city - framed by a wall of ivy grown over decades.
