Chennai is the capital of the Indian state Tamil Nadu on the east coast of the country, known as Madras under its former name. The Park hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of the metropolis, within walking distance from the Thousand Lights Mosque, the Valluvar Kottam Monument and countless restaurants and shops.

They gave me a room on the 8th floor, which has a gym on the floor above. Whenever someone was on the treadmill, I would get a heavy pounding on my head. I demanded a change of room, and they promptly changed it for me. I demanded complimentary breakfast as compensation which they have given.
