The location as good and the lobby was nice. It was hit or miss with the staff - some were very friendly, some were definitely not. Cleaning service was top notch.
There was no desk in the room to work (and, I was upgraded), there was only a bathtub (no shower), the mattress was a bit hard, and it was a consistent issue during my stay - I would order, or request something (I even extended my stay by one day). When I confirmed multiple times, there would be no record of it. I'd pre-order breakfeast (it's cheaper if you preorder), it was never in the system. Not having a desk to work and the cotinual communication issues were frustrating.
