Yes, On wednesday I asked you receprionist to prepare me a lunch box since I will go on friday arround 4 o'clock in the morning, so she wrote 4:15h on a peiece of paper ansd said ok. On Friday 4:30 I come to pick up my lunch box, but nothing is prepared. Very bad, considering that it was previously informed.
