• nur Online-Check-In (Mail von der Rezeption); wenn diese nicht besetzt ist, kann dies bei einer Buchung über Hotelportale nicht erfolgen • Zimmerkarte grds. digital (App-Download notwendig) • nur Kartenzahlung möglich; kein Hinweis im Internet • Übernachtungskosten müssen direkt beim Check-In bezahlt werden • im Zimmer fehlten zweite Nachttischlampe, Minibar und Telefon • der Safe war defekt • die Übergardinen waren schmutzig • der Wannenvorleger im Bad war nicht sauber • die Trittmechanik am Kosmetikeimer im Bad war defekt und daher nicht nutzbar • das Frühstück hat 16,90 EUR gekostet – Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis • der Frühstücksraum hat Kantinencharakter; die Tische sind nicht eingedeckt; die Gäste müssen sich Teller, Tassen und Besteck selbst holen. • die Zimmerkarte war nach dem Frühstück um 10.20 Uhr bereits deaktiviert; spätester Check-Out laut Hotel jedoch um 11 Uhr • definitiv keine 4 Sterne
