Cleanliness and Health Issues: The bedroom was excessively dusty. As someone with allergies, this made the environment uninhabitable for me. I was unable to sleep due to a continuous allergic reaction caused by the poor room maintenance.
Inadequate Facilities: The Wi-Fi service was consistently poor and often completely inaccessible. For a business traveler, reliable internet is a necessity, not a luxury. This failure caused significant disruption to my work schedule.
Unprofessional Staff: When I attempted to address my concerns, the staff members were dismissive and unfriendly. Instead of receiving assistance, I felt like a nuisance.
