Das Hotel ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist perfekt, um die Stadt bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das Frühstück haben mir sehr gut gefallen.

Mein TV-Empfang hat nicht funktioniert und konnte auch nicht verbessert werden. Nur auf Nachfrage bekam ich eine Antwort zum Zustand des TV-Empfangs. Mir wurde angeboten, am 3. Tag meines Aufenthaltes frühmorgens in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen. Dieser Zeitraum war für mich zu spät und frühs zeitlich sehr unpassend! Im Hotelzimmer und im Badezimmer hat keine Heizung funktioniert (im November!), konnte aber behoben werden. Beim Einchecken wurde ich gefragt, ob ich den Reinigungsservice benötige, kommt nur auf Bestellung!!! Alle Türen des Zimmers/Bades haben laut gequitscht. Das störte natürlich nachts.

Klassisches Hotel, aber Zimmer sehr schön renoviert.

In meinem Zimmer 400 war alles OK, aber leider war die Abtrennung der Duschkabine defekt und fehlte daher nahezu vollständig, sodass der gesamte Badezimmerboden nass war nach dem Duschen. Ich bin siher, dass dies zeitnah repariert bzw. getauscht wird.
