Das Hotel an sich

Verhalten des Mitarbeiters bei Check In Versuch. Weder hatte er es nötig zu grüßen, schaute nicht vom PC hoch und lies und ca. 2 min vor sich stehen, bevor er sich begnadete uns dran zu nehmen. Dies obwohl er ganz alleine war und ein Gast weit und breit. Ein etwas früherer Check-In wurde verweigert, was in der Vergangenheit immer kostenfrei möglich, wenn das Hotel Verfügbarkeit. Er schickte uns weg und wir sollten um 15 Uhr wieder kommen. Von einem solch schlechte geschulten Mitarbeiter möchte ich nicht mehr begrüßt werden. Ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen !!!!!!
