Frohstückwar gut und der Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze ausreichen vorhanden
Beim Einchecken hatte ich bei der Dame das Gefühl, das ich irgenwie störe und Sie genervt ist, das ich jetzt da stehe. Niemals ein lächeln,kein herzlich willkommen. Mehr so das Abfragen der Daten. Als ob ich beim Amt Unterstützung beantragen möchte. Im Aufzug stand, das am heutigen Tag das Restaurant geschlossen hat, also habe ich selber den Bringdienst organisiert. Gegen 18 Uhr bin ich runter gegangen zum Rauchen und das Restauerant war offen. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal erfuhr ich, das näturlich ein Platz für mich frei wäre, wenn ich nach dem einchecken mich angemeldet hätte. Es würde aber auch ohne Anmeldung gehen. Warum stand dann im Aufzug: Heute hat das Restaurant geschlossen? Der zuständige für QM hat noch viel Arbeit vor sich. :-)
