Unfreundliches Personal, bei Anreise war Zimmer angeblich nicht fertig, kurz danach wäre dann ein Zimmer gegen Aufpreis(!) verfügbar gewesen, Frühstück war nicht gut, kaum Auswahl, Teller und Tassen teilweise nicht verfügbar, Kaffeeautomat nicht sauber etc. Wir waren jetzt 4x da, aber das war jetzt das letzte Mal.
