Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Die Zustände beim Einchecken waren katastrophal. Wir standen über eine Dreiviertel Stunde in der Warteschlange, die sich quer durch den Empfangsbereich zog. Es kam dort zu Verzögerungen, weil Zimmer mehrerer anderer Gäste noch nicht fertig waren, obwohl der Termin für den Check-In verstrichen war. Zudem reisten offenbar eine größere Anzahl an Gästen an. Warum ein Hotel dieser Größe weder die Reinigung organisiert bekommt noch für ausreichend Personal am Counter sorgen kann, war uns schleierhaft. Am Empfang war nur eine Person tätig! Sie war freundlich, aber angesichts der großen Gästezahl und der vielen Probleme heillos überlastet. Hätte es zumindest mehr Personal beim Check-In gegeben, hätte das die Situation entspannt. So war es eine Zumutung.
