The lady at the reception insisted at first that the night wasn't yet paid for although I knew it had been paid by the company. My colleague who checked in at the same time with another receptionist did not have the same problem. Only when I said that we're at the same company and if his stay is already paid by the company then mine was too, she let it go, although without apology.
