1 I trid 7 times to contact the hotel, after waiting with VRS system all the times it was disconnected.
2. Wait time for check or any help from reception is minimum 5 yo 10 mins and there is always alone

Breakfast- ordered Paratha but not arrived for 30 minutes
Bathroom- body lotion kit was empty
Bedroom- twin single bed was provided instead of queen/king size bed
Check-out- envelope was out of stock to provide along with the bill
