Family with older children

Large room, central location.

Small car park which was full so we needed to find alternative. No tea and coffee in room. When we checked out, receptionist was arguing with a guest who had an erroneous booking. Nothing to do with us and I don’t know what went on before, but I thought she should have shown more sympathy and tried to help instead of showing anger towards the guest.

At the ibis Styles Trier, you'll experience a special stay as the hotel is located in the historic building of the former post office, in the middle of the historic old town. The 100 rooms convey a unique feeling of space, with a ceiling height of over 4.5 m in some cases. In addition, all hotel guests enjoy many free extras: coffee, tea, water, and apples in the lobby until 10 p.m., free WIFI throughout and use of the fitness area.
