The hotel overbooked the rooms, so when I arrived at night, I was told they had no space. I was referenced to a different hotel and was not provided with any kind of help or compensation. I even had to organize my own transportation and the hotel was 10min drive away.
Also the aftermath was very bad - i am still waiting for the hotel to reimburse the money I already paid and to reach out to me.
