Convenient location, decent fares , breakfast is business standard but ok. 

Noisy room, both from outside (street) but also mostly inside (in particular plumber system). Hot room without any possibility to set the heater down (had to open the window during day to keep at decent temperature). Breakfast personnel apparently thinks 7:30AM in business day is the most appropriate time to run an inventory of the closets below serving area, without bothering the customers waiting to have access.
