Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals bei Checkin-Prozess

Das Check-In-Programm ist sehr schlecht.
Wenn beim Reservierungsprozess Daten hinterlegt werden, sollten diese auch beim Checkin verfügbar sein. Jedes Mal alles neu eingeben zu müssen, ist nicht sinnvoll.
Desweiteren sollte der menschliche Kontakt aufrechterhalten bleiben. Selbst wenn die Person es nicht mehr aktiv macht, so ist ein persönliches Begleiten schön.

Super arrangement, being for shorter or longer stay.

Despite the fact that I did not need daily cleaning in the room, even in the days when I asked for it some parts of the room were never cleaned (i.e. floor, surfaces in the room). This does not include the bedding or towels.
