City lage positiv, Frühstück prima, auch wenn die Rühreier am 2 Tagfast ungenießbar weich waren
Der Service des Personals ist sehr bemüht aber hilflos , das sehr junge Team kann die Leistungen im erforderlichen Umfang, sei Reining vom dreckigen Bad ( Fußboden und Türe nie gereingt worden, nicht umsetzen lassen. Auch auf NAchfragen wird alles nur mit blumigen Worten beschrieben aber es apssierte in 3 Tagen nichts.
Newly opened in 2018, this modern hotel in central Berlin is within a 5-10 minute walk from the Potsdamer Platz square. It offers bright, stylish rooms and very good transport connections.
Featuring elegant modern furnishings throughout, all air-conditioned rooms come with an LCD-TV and a private bathroom fitted with a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. WiFi is provided free of charge for guests in all rooms and public areas. A breakfast buffet is served each morning. A pre-authorization of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Attention: The hotel does not accept cash payments!
