Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Frühstück okay (labberiger Speck) Nähe zur Innenstadt
Toilette Höhe nur ca 37 cm hoch, Spülstein auch sehr niedrig ca 74 cm hoch. NIx für Ältere Wasserkran hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Moderne, digitale Lichtregelung - aber sehr hell störend in der Nacht

The central a/c was not working in 37 degree hot temp. Was impossible to sleep in such suffocating room. The staff kept arguing and did nothing . One of the worst hotel experiences of my life after paying 150 euro per night. I also feel they give bad rooms to people traveling from India as this has happened twice to me now . This is racism .
Four star city hotel with 159 rooms, bar, restaurant, terrace, underground parking, conference rooms and a historic vaulted cellar. Free Internet Access, thermal cabin use and bottle water in the room.
In the summer of 2018 the **** - Hotel with over 50 years of tradition was refurbished extensively. Internet access, Sky Cinema, Sky Sport 1, Sky Sport 2 and SKY Bundesliga, use of thermo cabins and water bottle in room are free of charge.
