The bed was really good. I got a great night rest.

I sent an email to hi.muenchen@muchb.holidayinn.com in advance of my arrival to ask about a mobile charger that I left on my previous visit with no answer from the hotel. I also mentioned the issue on my check in and check out and I was unable to receive an answer on whether the charger had been found out not.

Just one small thing, the milk provided for the coffee in the room was in bad conditions. One thing that can be improve is to have not only coffee in the room but also hot chocolate as before.

News paper supplies was in German language. It was not necessary that all customers staying in the property may not read the local language. English news paper should also be considered for circulation after checking with the customer

the room was not cleanded properly during this stay. the bathroom was not cleaned properly/ or rather not vacummed at all. i found a lot of stray hair every evening i came back to the room. it was horrible.
