9.2 Excellent

Positive Overall 'premium' feel to the experience. Staff in the restaurant in particular were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. Negative Slight snag is couldn't get the room aircon to work so it was a bit chilly. Also nothing the hotel can do, on the North side there's a nightclub so some late night noise.

Positive Staff member at breakfast and staff member when checking in were very friendly and helpful Negative The room I stayed in had a very strong bad smell, smelt like it was probably an issue with the drains, I was very tired after a long drive and then long day at work and so did not go to reception and ask to be moved however I mentioned it when checking out so that they could get someone to check the room and resolve before the next customer is put in there but staff member did not seem very interested and just said OK there was no apology or further exploration of the issue, this has put me off staying here again and I stay in Nottingham for work around once a month

Positive Rooms were small but had everything I needed and were super clean Negative The common areas were very warm, bar.rest etc, could do with some ac on, I had to use a menu as a fan during dinner as I was so warm
