Positive Environmental awareness, breakfast, cleanliness and comfort. Negative Staff was a bit stressed, but helpful. A bit too pricey.

Positive weird smell in the room and it was quite warm in the room Negative as said the smell and the hospitality was not what one would expect when charging 275 euros for one night

Negative On arrival no towels in the room, I got my towels on request at the receiption desk.
In the evening the bar was closed (I guess the bar was completely closed). A lot of guests enjoyed the warm evening outside. But you had to bring your own drinks or to buy them at a machine inside of the hotel. I did so, but as expected, the drinks were not really cool.
Opening the bar at the evening would have paid off for the hotel very well.  Comment from the hotel
