Die Kommunikation war chaotisch. Kein Rückruf trotz mehrfacher Versprechungen nicht erfolgt. Zuviel Geld nach Stornierung abgebucht, ohne eine Rechnung zu schicken. Man kann nicht nachvollziehen warum zuviel Geld abgebucht wurde. Bei Erreichen der zuständigen Person nach 5 Tagen wurde ich beleidigt, als ein Gast der billig Angebote wahrnehmen möchte und die bei Stornierung nicht zahlen will. Natürlich wollte ich sie zahlen, wollte jedoch wissen warum zuviel von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen wurde. Die Rechnung habe ich auch nach dem Anruf nicht erhalten. Ich fühle mich beleidigt und betrogen.

Our hotel reception is Mon.-Fri. from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sat.-Sun. from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For the sake of the environment, we only carry out cleaning on request. Please contact reception on site. Our restaurant welcomes you for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday; We have rest days on Sundays and Mondays. The kitchen is open from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., the restaurant is open until 10 p.m. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Pet € 18.00 per animal / per day only on request. The city of Erfurt charges a cultural development tax, which is additionally calculated at 8% of the accommodation price. This also applies to all business travelers.
