The Sentido Castell de Mar is situated between the pedestrian zone and the promenade at the center of the 3 km long Bahia de Cala Millor, 65 km from the capital Palma on Mallorca's east coast. Cala Millor offers not only sun and beach but a wide range of recreation possibilities like golf, tennis, sailing and diving schools, and many different forms of watersports. The Sentido Castell de Mar Hotel is so well located that many excursions can be done. To costa de los pinos, the fisheries harbour at Cala Bona, to the mount of Na Peñal, and to the Nature reserve Punta de n'Amer. For the Businessman there is an auditorium five minutes walk from the hotel and the Hotel offer Conference place for 100 people.
Location of the hotel
We welcome you into a wonderfull hall with natural light, a marble staircase and marvellous views of the gardens. Completely renovated in 1999. Capacity: - 12 floors and 230 rooms. 200 Double-Rooms ( 56 side sea view and 144 front sea view ) 30 Junior Suites ( 20 front sea view and 10 side sea view ) All rooms have: - Satelite TV with music channel - Safety deposit box. - Telephone. - Air conditioning and central heating. - Hair-dryer. - Minibar. All front sea Junior-Suites (more than 40 m2 ) are equipped with a lounge area. Additional facilities include a dressing gown. Restaurant is allocated on the first floor. Its large terrace overlooks the sea and our guests can have breakfast here and enjoy the wonderful sunshine. Our Mediterranean gastronomy offers a wide variety of international and local cooking as well as our special daily show-cooking. Meals : Most guests choose half board which includes breakfast and evening meal but it is also possible to change dinner for lunch. Every week we offer two gala dinners from a choice of Mediterranean, Asiatic, Caribbean, with buffet or waiter service. Other facilities include board games, conference rooms, outdoor pool and indoor pool with Jacuzzi, beauty and spa centre, turkish bath, sauna and tennis courts. We offer a weekly activity programme, which includes live music, shows special events (monthly) and excursions. Golf : We have a golf corner and special discounts in golf courses just 5 km away.
