The nearest railhead and airport is at Jammu, approximately 50 kilometres away. Conference/banquet facilities are offered in a well equipped and spacious hall that can accommodate up to 300 guests. The lush lawns behind the hotel building can also be used as a banquet venue that offers a splendid view of the surrounding valley. Hotel Devi Grand also boasts of a swimming pool and a Heath Club that offers facilities like steam, sauna, Jacuzzi and massage room. It is open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm.
