The nearest railhead and airport is at Jammu, approximately 50 kilometres away. Conference/banquet facilities are offered in a well equipped and spacious hall that can accommodate up to 300 guests. The lush lawns behind the hotel building can also be used as a banquet venue that offers a splendid view of the surrounding valley. Hotel Devi Grand also boasts of a swimming pool and a Heath Club that offers facilities like steam, sauna, Jacuzzi and massage room. It is open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm. While transfers to and from the helipad are chargeable at Rs. 150 each way, the hotel offers complimentary transfers to and from Banganga, the starting point for the trek to Vaishnodevi shrine.
