The daily housekeeping was not consistent in what was being cleaned or organized.

Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable for guests with back problems. Asked for memory foam pillows, they were unavailable. Definitely not a good condition for long stays (over 3-4 days).

Hotel was unable to provide adapters, and umbrellas in time of need.

The entire fee of stay was blocked from credit card (plus provisions), which puts guests such as myself in a difficult situation if their stay is long, the cost of stay is close to credit card limit (due to exchange rate differences), and the payment will be through reimbursement. Most hotels I've stayed so far had only charged provisions, and charged the entire fee at end of stay.

Location
Good hotel, but the air from the ventelation system was very bad and wet. I had to open the window instead of using it.

the location of the hotel is great. The doormen are very friendly
the roon is too small. The staff are not willing to help. I need to do laundry but couldn't find bag and form. The staff came three times to give me different things.
