Positive Size of rooms  Negative Room 215 is falling apart. Water damaged wood floors desperately need a replacement. High bathtub is a hazard and shower water pressure is very low. Washer and dryer appliances way past their useful life.

Positive The pleasant staff, super responsive receptionists, and the guaranteed comfort offered by the rooms. Negative The taps in the bath tubs are not resource-efficient; the technology deployed for receiving hot water is not proper, as one has to waste several volumes of cold water before one can access hot water. That is simply not acceptable in this modern era of low-flow faucets / fixtures and similar water conserving measures. The neatness of the living room/hallway is almost perfect except for the unusually stained table surfcaes around the dish wash area.
