The City Stays Diagonal Magnolia Apartments are located in the upper zone of Barcelona, between the districts of Vila de Gràcia and Sarria-Sant Gervasi, and in one of the most exclusive areas of the city. The building has a pool and is located within walking distance of Avenida Diagonal, of important monuments like the Parc Güell, Casa de les Punxes and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia, and of an excellent area clubs, bars and restaurants to enjoy the night in Barcelona. In addition, its close proximity to the railway, metro and bus stops allows you to move around Barcelona easily and quickly. The apartments are fully equipped and have a private pool at the garden of the building for exclusive use of the guests. In the whole property we offer Free Wifi Connection. The check-in starts at 15h. After 23h extra fees will be charged. Entries from 23h to 2am the cost is 35€ and after 2am the cost is 50€. If the apartment or its furniture suffer any damage, we will charge to the credit card used for the reservation the cost of such repair or replacement. The apartment must be left in normal cleaning conditions, if not we will charge to the credit card used for the reservation an extra cleaning fee of 60€. Please take note that the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card given on the reservation, 3 days before arrival.
