Positive The bed Negative Late check in - nobody in attendance. Called the number but no answer. Luckily another guest unlocked the key safe for me. Ordered & paid for 4 breakfast packs & only got 3. Nobody at reception by 9am to check out & request a refund for missing breakfast pack. Kettle didn't fit under bathroom tap.
